All products sold on this website are new, authentic, and manufactured in Turkey from approved medical-grade fabrics and genuine leather. They are delivered with a fiscal invoice and warranty certificate.

Product images reflect reality, but colors may vary slightly depending on display settings or photography lighting. Printed fabrics may have minor variations due to manual processing.

4. Custom Products

Customized products are made according to your specifications (e.g. colors, design) and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Small imperfections or color variations are normal for factory-dyed or handmade fabrics.

7. Pricing Policy

• Cash on delivery – Pay upon receiving your order from the courier.
